Answers to
the E-mails of the Readers

Our web site  can be considered to have a humble classification and understanding when compared to the magnificent web sites whose daily hits amount to 150 with almost 25 thousand readers observing them.

From time to time, some of the  readers  who are visiting our web site  are directing us questions on mystical subjects.

I had said before that I would be studying on these and publish the answers by referring to the questions in a way that would be useful for the the other readers too.

Now, let us come to the questions and their answers.

Question from H.Macar Malkara

I would be delighted if you could give me the addresses where I can find the translations of   Futuhat-ý Mekkiye and Fususul Hikem which you have referred as Muhyiddin Arabi’s books.

Also, I would like to say ‘’May Allah approve  all the good things that you have done which I  have seen or  could not have seen.’’

Yours respectfully...

P.s. In Mawlana Celaleddin Rumi’s books Masnawi and Fihi Mafih, always the  the word God is being mentioned. Why isn’t it mentioned as Allah?

Is the mistake in the word or in its concept???

Answer:

Dear Mr. Malkara, unfortunately there isn’t an understandable one among the translations of the books belonging to that  precious person.  I have investigated a lot on the subject.  I have asked for the opinions of my friends who are also interested in this subject and  I have searched  the old Booksellers’ Market as well as the White Building where it is possible to find books on this subject.

However, the result was not satisfactory.

As a matter of fact, the late  Abdul Kadir Akçiçek  was translating these kind of works in the best possible way.  He had translated  ‘’The Universal Man’’ into Turkish. It was in conformity with the Turkish of our day, however the style in which it was written was very complicated.

Before reading books of  this type, I suggest you to read the other relatively easier books on sufism and study a little bit the concepts stated by the words in Arabic and  the Ottoman language.

As it is very well known by the possessors, in Sufism, in every case meanings which are covering  various dimensions are inherent.

I am answering your second question as follows;

Mawlana Celaleddin Rumi was one of  the most distinguished saints who had got saved from his attributed false self.  In other words, he was a saint who was living the absolute self.

There is no place for a concept of god in the perfection of  walayat/saintship.  Therefore, the word God mentioned in Mawlana’s books has resulted from the misunderstandinng of the unit who has made the translation.  It has been reflected in this wrong  manner.

The biggest misunderstanding in perceiving and evaluating Islam is identifying the word ‘deity’ which passes very often in many places in the Koran, with the word God and transferring this to the reader.  The science of Sufism solves these kinds of  problems with a very deep approach.

Question from Bora Çiđdem- Bursa

Let me salute you.  I am a student in the education faculty of  Uludađ University in Bursa. Your channel is very good. May Allah be pleased with you.  I am trying to work on Sufism as much as Allah permits.  However, there are questions which I cannot solve.  I would like to ask a question.  Allah, the endless and the limitless one has created this Universe as real, but this is free from the concepts of time and place. However,  I cannot match this with the event of the big bang and my mind cannot stop from thinking about the God that I have imagined before.  I would be very pleased if you could give the explanation for this. May Allah be pleased with you.

Answer

My dear friend, many people are concerned for understanding this subject, not only yourself.  The event of Big Bang has not taken place only once. It takes place in infinite times.  Allah is endless and limitless, therefore it is necessary that this theory should be in this form.   As a matter of fact, the positive science could not solve this subject yet. Therefore,  you are forming  your understanding  to match the concept of God.

On this subject, you have to read my article ‘’Man in the Cosmic Calendar’’ which is found in my web site and published in the monthly ‘’Popular Science’’ in which I am writing for the time being.

Another book which can save you from the concept of god is the one  written by  Ahmed Hulusi ‘’Allah, as explained by Hz.Mohammad’’. I suggest you to read this book.

I hope that you can find this book in the book stores in Bursa and send my  greetings to you.
