THE ASTROLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SEPTEMBER 2009

In September 2009 what will happen, when, how and where?

THE MOON:  Starting from September 1st noon time as well as 2nd and 3rd September it will be in Aquarius, September 4th, 5th and 6th late morning it will be in Pisces and there will be  the full moon on the 4th evening,

It will be in Aries on September 7th and 8th until noon time,

September 9th-10th in Taurus,

September 11th-12th in Gemini,

September 13th-14th in Cancer,

September 15th-16th in Leo,

September 17th, 18th and 19th morning in Virgo.  On the 18th night we can watch the very thin new moon. This can be a pleasant, but sensitive night for  the people of Virgo born on these dates. 

On September 20-21st until late morning it will be in Libra,

September 22nd – 23rd until noon time in Scorpio,

September 24th-  25th in Sagittarius,

September 26th, 27th and 28th until noon time in Capricorn,

September 29th-30th in Aquarius.

MERCURY: It is in Libra,  this is good, but as it will be retrograde it is necessary to be careful.  During the whole month the influence of  the retrograde motion will be felt.    The retrograde motion will start on September 7th  andMercury will go  back to Scorpio and   just before the last day of  the month it will start going direct  from the 21st degree of Scorpio.

It may lead to  misunderstandings in communications, speech, reading and writing and cause unclear situations.

It is the time to be more careful about relations, contracts,  partnerships, and for those who act as mediators and  who are decision makers as   there may be mistakes in the subjects with which they are dealing.

VENUS:  It will be in Leo until September 21st and afterwards  in Virgo.

On September 7th there will be something which will make you happy and pleasant.  It is good to deal with subjects that are sentimental.   This is a good position for  establishing closer relations,  to be more understanding, to be significant and to make people love you more.

Between September 9th -10th it will be opposing Jupiter.  This position of  the planets may lead exaggerations, laziness,  tendency for luxurious items and pleasure giving things, adventures and most important of  all  create an exaggerated feeling of pride.

THE SUN will be passing over to Lıbra on September 22nd. 

MARS: During the whole month it will be staying in Cancer.  It will start from the 3rd degree and go until the 21st degree.

Until September 7th it will be forcing Mercury,  but Mercury will save itself from the harsh attitude of Mars  by means of  its retrograde motion.

Mars at last understands that  being harsh is no good, therefore during the last days of  the month it establishes a good relation with Mercury.   This relation will go over to October and it will be very useful.

It is a perdect time for all kinds of work regarding logic, calculations, intelligent ideas.  You may decide about future projects.  There will be a positive energy support and this will lead you to be more active and hard working.   It is  the time to do something significant.  During these days with such nice energy flows  it is necessary to make use of  the opportunites and for rest only.

JUPITER: It goes back until the 17th degree in Aquarius.

For those who were born in February 1950,   end of  January  and beginning  of February 1962 as well as for those  who were born in the middle of January 1974,  during the second half  of  December and during the first half of December 1997 this will be a time for renewal, learning and being more conscious.  This means to be lucky and getting richer in many fields.  They  can make new  beginnings.  They will have the necessary energy for expansion and betterment regarding  their work. career or any subject they want.  Moreover,  there will be the wish to be free, an eagerness for having adventures and search for new things. 

SATURN: It is stil in Virgo, but now it is going direct, so it is the time to oppose URanus again.  The opposition will last during the whole month, but will be more intense during the middle of  the month.  This time Uranus is going backwards, therefore the surprising and unexpected conditions may come back and cause trouble.  The tensions felt during the first months of  2009 may be felt again or  the tensions may come in more different ways.   We have explained before that this opposition leads to tensions between the old and the new.

September 12th-14th seems especially risky.

This is especially important for those born during the last weeks of  Virgo, Pisces, Gemini and Sagittarius.  You may read from my book of transits about these planets, their conjuction with the natal sun opposition and sqaure aspects.

This transit has also beneficial aspects.  It is suitable to find new  ways by taking lessons from the old,  for creating ideals and head for  scientific studies.  Some may use the traditional methods and some may use the contemporary methods.  Those who will benefit will be the people of  Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio and Capricorn, especially those who were born during the last weeks of  these signs. 

CHIRON: It is now in Aquarius and retrograde.  The people of  Aquarius born between February 10th-13th,  the people of Aries born between March 11th-14th, the people of Gemini born between June 12th-15th,  those who were born between March 4th-21st 1950,  the ones born during the second half of  January 1986,  the ones born in February, March and April 1950 are receiving very powerful and positive influences from Chiron.  They may make advancements in their beliefs, ideas, knowledge, education and justice.  They may discover their talents and become aware of  the hidden values of life.  This means that they have a chance to be succesful in life, find the simple and the right, meaningful  life style.  In order to make a high quality cleaning, cure the wounds and be healthy you have perhaps a teacher that you will never be able to find.  This helps you to maket he necessary preparations and use them properly.

You may make use of  this opportunity until February.

URANUS: It insists to stay in Pisces.  Moreover, it does not refrain from confronting Staurn, because it is sure of its power and mind. However, between September 16th-20th it has a more difficult time.  While Saturn is exactly on the opposite side,  the Sun also starts opposing URanus.

During these few days the troublesome and nerve wrecking conditions may increase. There may be sudden changes in the relations.  The sudden, unexpected conditions may cause you to rebel and become tense.  Too much tension may lead to broken bonds.

It is suggested for the people of Virgo, Sagittarius and Gemini to control themselves and be calm.

NEPTUNE: It also insists to stay on the 24th degree of Aquarius without moving.

PLUTO: It  also insists to be on the zero degree Capricorn during the whole month.
